Making its debut this year in Westmoreland County, The Salvation Army's Garbage Bag Gala is the brainchild of Fox Chapel original and Greater Pittsburgh Salvation Army Advisory Board Member, Pamela Abdalla. "For the past 8 years, the Allegheny County Garbage Bag Gala has been such a mammoth success namely we judged to send the amusement to Greensburg," said Melissa Dunlap, The Salvation Army's Westmoreland County Resource Development Manager. "This event is a magnificent girls' night out and provides expensive assist to the efforts of The Salvation Army in Westmoreland County."
